Fenwick & West LLP represented Natus Medical Incorporated (NASDAQ: BABY), a leading provider of health care screening, diagnostic and treatment products, in its agreement to purchase the CareFusion Nicolet business for a cash purchase price of approximately $58 million. The acquisition is expected to close in July 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
