Fenwick Represents NEA and Fyusion in Fyusion’s Acquisition by Cox Automotive

Fenwick represented New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and acted as co-counsel with Rimon, P.C. to Fyusion, a computer vision company and leader in immersive vehicle imaging solutions for automotive and other industries, in the acquisition of Fyusion by Cox Automotive.

The acquisition will deepen the collaboration between Fyusion and Cox Automotive’s brand Manheim, which have worked together for years to provide mobile imaging and condition capture tools to the wholesale automotive industry.
