Fenwick Represents VIA Global Ventures in Merger Agreement with Justworks

Fenwick is representing Via Global Ventures, a global employment platform that helps businesses hire international talent, in its definitive merger agreement with Justworks, a technology company that provides payroll and human resource support systems for small businesses.
