M&A Atlas Honors Fenwick with Deal of the Year Awards

Fenwick received two Deal of the Year Awards from the Global M&A Network at the USA M&A Atlas Awards, earning national recognition for the firm’s leading technology and life sciences M&A practice.

Fenwick was honored with the Middle Markets Corporate Deal of the Year for representing Scout RFP, a leading cloud-based platform for strategic sourcing and supplier engagement, in its $540 million acquisition by Workday, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources.

The firm also earned the Middle Markets Pharma & Life Sciences M&A Deal of the Year for representing Modis Therapeutics, a privately held biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel therapies for rare genetic diseases with high unmet medical need, in its $250 million acquisition by Zogenix, Inc.

Fenwick has been honored as the Technology Law Firm of the Year by the Global M&A Network for five consecutive years and is also ranked among leading M&A firms by publications including Chambers USA, The Legal 500 and U.S. News & World Report’s Best Law Firms guide.
