Amanda advises clients in the technology field and various other industries on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement, including application strategy and filings, initial and full searches, office action responses, cease and desist letters, TTAB oppositions and cancellations, and foreign disputes.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Amanda was senior legal counsel with Western Digital Corporation where she handled all aspects of trademark work. She also worked as an associate at a leading regional law firm.

While in law school, Amanda was the executive managing editor of the UC Law SF Journal and received the CALI & Witkin Excellence Award for Trademarks and Unfair Competition. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ming W. Chin of the California Supreme Court as well as the Honorable Teri L. Jackson at the San Francisco Superior Court.
