Chad Richman concentrates his practice on transactional and regulatory matters that support clients in the technology and life sciences industries, with a particular focus on the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Chad worked as an associate at another leading law firm where his practice focused primarily on counseling financial institutions and blockchain businesses on the application of state and federal financial services regulation and securities law to digital assets and related transactions. Well-versed in the space, Chad has advised clients on a wide variety of regulatory regimes, including those governing securities, commodities, derivatives, banking, anti-money laundering, and money transmission.
