Chad advises on transactional and regulatory matters that support clients in the technology and life sciences industries, with a particular focus on the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Chad’s practice focuses primarily on counseling financial institutions and blockchain businesses on the application of state and federal financial services regulation and securities law to digital assets and related transactions, including designing novel transaction structures for bespoke financial instruments and first-of-their-kind digital assets. Well-versed in the space, Chad has advised clients on a wide variety of regulatory regimes, including those governing securities, commodities, derivatives, banking, anti-money laundering and money transmission.
