Janiece concentrates her practice on corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. Her background includes advising public and private companies with regard to corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and venture capital financings ranging from bridge and seed rounds, to late-stage financings. Janiece has also counseled issuers and underwriters in numerous capital markets transactions, with particular experience handling initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and ’34 Act reporting.
Janiece is a dedicated pro bono services advocate, and has provided legal services for homeless and low-income Seattle residents through a community legal clinic. She has also been actively involved in pro bono work for a Seattle-based nonprofit with a mission to support adults in their exploration of music.
Before joining Fenwick, Janiece was an associate at a prominent global law firm where she focused her practice on a variety of corporate and securities matters.
