Jon advises on a broad variety of transactional and regulatory matters that support leading innovators in the fintech and technology industries, with focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency. He has experience in venture financings, cross-border M&A and leveraged finance transactions and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Jon was an associate at two leading international law firms. Jon is a licensed CPA and previously worked at PwC as an auditor.

While attending law school, Jon served as an associate editor for the Journal of Corporate & Financial Law.
