While in law school, Sam was the Senior Production Editor for the UC Law Journal and a Student Associate in the patent module of UC Law SF's Startup Legal Garage, where he reviewed the intellectual property landscape and patenting opportunities for an emerging biotechnology company under the supervision of a leading Bay Area law firm.
