Khang focuses his practice on general corporate representation of startup companies from incorporation through an initial public offering or acquisition and in the representation of public companies with respect to general securities compliance.

Khang has represented companies in a variety of industries in the high technology sector. In addition, he has represented a number of venture capital and banking firms in private equity and capital market transactions.

Khang received his undergraduate education at the University of California, Davis, graduating with honors with a B.A. and B.S. in economics and psychology. He attended Santa Clara University’s School of Law and Leavey School of Business, graduating magna cum laude with a J.D. and an M.B.A.
