Delivering budget predictability

Project Management at Fenwick begins with a conversation with the client about the scope and business impact of the matter. Our matter team then collaborates with our pricing team to develop a project budget based on comparable matters, taking into account the unique facts of the client’s matter. Our pricing team utilizes a database of thousands of task coded matters to build budgets based on our experience with similar matters.

Dedicated project managers then assist matter teams in tracking scope, reviewing budget to actuals, determining how changes in strategy or scope may impact overall budget, and assist in communicating those changes to clients. The matter team has access to financial reporting and task management tools to assist in managing to scope. We provide transparency to our clients on the progress of the matter and status of the budget.
