Fenwick Represents Deeptune in Acquisition by Mercor
Fenwick represented Deeptune, a company building environments for reinforcement learning, in its acquisition by Mercor, a developer of an artificial intelligence-powered hiring platform designed to streamline the hiring process for both candidates and companies.
Earlier this year, Andreessen Horowitz led Deeptune's $43 million Series A financing. According to Mercor, the acquisition will combine Deeptune's software platform with Mercor's network of more than five million experts to accelerate the development of training environments for frontier AI models.
