Fenwick represented lead investor Lightspeed Venture Partners, a multi-stage venture capital firm, in Castelion’s $350 million Series B financing. The round was co-led by Altimeter Capital, with participation from Lavrock Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, First In, Space VC, Cantos, BlueYard, Avenir, Champion Hill, and Interlagos.
