Jennifer advises clients in the technology field and various other industries on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Jennifer worked as a legal intern for a multinational computer technology corporation.

Jennifer serves as the 2023 President of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California (VABANC).
