Jennifer is an experienced intellectual property attorney, having spent over a decade advising clients ranging from startups to well-established companies and nonprofits in matters related to the licensing, commercialization and protection of their proprietary technologies. She has also represented her clients in IP mergers and acquisitions, partnership transactions, including development collaborations, strategic alliances, joint ventures and reseller and original equipment manufacturer arrangements, as well as venture capital and private equity transactions. Jennifer has represented clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, software (open source, SaaS), internet, media, e-commerce, financial services and life sciences.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jennifer was an associate at various prominent law firms, concentrating her practice on a wide range of IP, technology and commercial matters. During law school, Jennifer served as a judicial intern to the Honorable John J. Hughes of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
During law school, Jennifer was an associate notes editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion.
