Michelle is an associate in Fenwick’s corporate practice. She advises emerging and high-growth technology and life sciences companies on a broad range of corporate matters. Her practice includes startup counseling, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, venture capital financings, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

During law school, Michelle was a managing editor for the Journal of Law and Technology and Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs.
