Stephanie concentrates her practice on a variety of corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Stephanie was a corporate associate at a prominent international law firm.

While attending law school, Stephanie was an editor for The Tax Lawyer and also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lucy H. Koh of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
