Teresa concentrates on a wide variety of corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, startup counseling and venture capital financings.

While attending law school, Teresa served as Co-President of both the Disability Law Society and the Animal Law Society, as well as a managing editor of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology. Additionally, Teresa was involved in the UCLA Immigrant Family Legal Clinic, where she served as a certified law student representing clients seeking asylum and citizenship status.
