Fenwick Represents SentinelOne in the Launch of PinnacleOne

Fenwick represented SentinelOne (NYSE: S), an autonomous cybersecurity platform company, in the launch of PinnacleOne, a strategic risk analysis and advisory group. As part of the creation of PinnacleOne, SentinelOne acquired KSG, a cybersecurity consulting firm founded by former U.S. cybersecurity official Chris Krebs and former Facebook chief security officer Alex Stamos.

PinnacleOne, which will be led by Krebs and Stamos, will focus on helping executives and business leaders understand the current cyber risk environment and protocols for maintaining security obligations within an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
