Fenwick Represents Ursa Major in $100M Series E Funding

Fenwick represented Ursa Major, a rocket propulsion company, in its $100 million Series E funding and an additional $50 million in debt commitments. The round was led by Eclipse with participation from Woodline Partners, Principia Growth, XN, Alsop Louie Partners, and others.

Ursa Major will use the funds to address urgent needs in the U.S. industrial base, field its defense solution, and scale its solid rocket motor and sustained space mobility manufacturing capacity. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
