Fenwick’s Patent Litigation Group Receives Top Rankings by Patexia
Fenwick’s Patent Litigation Group and members of the team were recognized by Patexia in its second annual Patent Litigation Report, which ranks the top 100 best performing and most active patent litigation law firms and lawyers. The report covers the period from July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2021, and evaluates a total of 14,506 patent cases, as well as the 3,050 law firms and 14,685 lawyers involved in those cases.
Fenwick received several recognitions across Patexia’s performance and activity rankings, most notably the Best Performing Law Firm Overall (Representing Defendants and Plaintiffs) and the Best Performing Law Firm Representing Defendants. The team was also recognized as the 12th Most Active Law Firm Representing Defendants and 20th Most Active Law Firm Overall (Representing Defendants and Plaintiffs).
