Fenwick Represents Twilio in $850 Million Acquisition of Zipwhip

Fenwick represented Twilio (NYSE:TWLO), a leading cloud communications platform, in its agreement to acquire Zipwhip, a business-texting platform, for approximately $850 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2021.

With the addition of Zipwhip, Twilio will have the ability to deliver more secure, high-quality toll-free traffic at scale. More information can be obtained from Twilio’s announcement.
